Assurance of Customer satisfaction

In the modern era of  management the quality should meet the customer expectations.The following points to be remember while we think about the quality.As a management student I like this points and its impressed me lot.
>Customer is the most important visitor to our premises.He is not an interruption to our work.He is the purpose of it.we are not doing him a favourby serving him.He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so
