Happy valentine day......

Dear we started the valentine day with cutting cake and having blue berries.Its simply very romantic.I love you sweet heart.When I think about you I will just remember the first day of our meeting.Its like  love at first sight.I still not remember when I started loving you.In the first day we had been to moon light na its really very sweet moment in my life.You told me in that night come lets pluck some flowers.I felt like laughing re really.The days spent with you is like heaven.From yesterday I am really feeling different re compare to other days.I feel like love is in air.......

winter love...

One evening in the cold winter day I was walking alone.The climate was awasome.I  just enjoying this climate.I started writting a poetry.....

Must do things in life (My most fev article)

 

Life is very precious and one must not forget it. We all live life but very few among us knows how to live life to enjoy every aspects of life and to achieve happiness.
We must follow the following steps:
1. Start your day by passing smile to others. It not only makes the other person happy but also reduces the stress and brings happiness in life.
2. Start your day freely. Live freely don't bind your emotions when it is for good. Live freely once you start doing it you will start enjoying your life.
3. Talks to friends, family and one whom you like or admire.
4. Hope plays an important role in life. So be hopeful.
5. Avoid being negative. If you are positive the world around you seems to be positive too. So be positive.
6. Visit all the places that you like. For example, you can visit those places where you have good childhood memory. Doing this makes you happy and you started enjoying the life.
7. Try being adventurous. This time starts doing adventure. Adventure can be done in many ways it not only confirmed with doing daring things. You have just got to find your way of doing adventure. Ones you have find it you will start enjoying every moment of your life.
8. Try some delicious food. Have delicious food in restaurant. Visit many restaurants. It helps boosting our mind and ultimately we starts enjoying life.
9. Cooking gives pleasure also. Cook something for yourself this time or for your dear one.
10. Do shopping. Buy clothes that suits you most wear it and you will start loving yourself and your life.
11. Pamper yourself. Go to salon or Beauty Parlour do facial, head massage and Spa. It makes you feel special.
12. Groom up your self.
13. Have picnic with your family or friend. It is one of the most effective way to bring happiness in life.
14. Make friends.
15. Work hard. If you starts working for yourself. You become independent in your life and that makes you happy the most.
16. Go for a movie of your choice with friends or the dear ones.
17. Help poor it makes you proud of yourself and brings happiness in life.
18. Listening  good music. Music  keep us  happy  always.

Improvement of quality

Quality always should meet and exceed the customer requirements. Without quality profitability can’t be achieved. Several steps have to be taken to improve the quality or product and improve the profit of the organization. Japan is the good example for implementation of quality. If we follow their rules even we can accomplish the quality with excellence in our products. If we follow Good manufacturing practices in our day to day activities of our organization .We can definitely follow, our organization will achieve the Good profitability without any problems.

GMP means set of practices and procedures follow to achieve the predetermined specifications. From the raw material to final dispatch in every step of the operation quality control and Quality assurance also plays important role in inspecting the quality in every step. Quality control department is authorized to pass or reject the material. Without quality of starting material we can’t achieve final product quality. Training also plays major role in improvement of quality. Quality assurance and human resource department can give the training of various topics.

Another important factor to achieve the quality is do it at first time approach. Any work if we start, in the first time itself if we do it perfectly, we can achieve the excellence of quality. Each member of the organization should strive for excellence. As per Deming’s quality chain reaction if we improve quality, cost will decrease, because of less rework, fewer mistakes delays; better use of machine, time and materials. Hence the productivity improves. If the productivity improves, we can capture the market with better quality and lower price. We can stay in the business for longer time.

To improve the quality every day we should focus about small improvements. Every 1% focus of everyday leads more improvement for tomorrow, which gives good and long term impact tomorrow.

Doing your best is not good enough .You have to know what to do. Then do your best.

In the modern era of  management the quality should meet the customer expectations.The following points to be remember while we think about the quality.As a management student I like this points and its impressed me lot.
>Customer is the most important visitor to our premises.He is not an interruption to our work.He is the purpose of it.we are not doing him a favourby serving him.He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so

Helping hands.....

Helping somebody those who need the help is  good humanity .There is one saying helping hands are more valuable than praying lips.God has given us every thing but for some people they are not having the basic necessities.In our social life we should find those people and can help them .Helping is not only by cash,we can provide them bedsheets ,cloths,plates etc.We can educate the illitarate people of our society.I use to give free tutions to a illitaarate in my collage days.Now she can read the news paper and write.The joy of giving and helping is the awasome feeling .We can help ourself and the others.We can help these ways
> Help the blind and aged people to cross the roads.
>Teach  illitarate to read and write ,lead every one learn and lead.
>Celebrate the birthday in a orphanage...lets spread the happiness every where.
    I feel every member of this society should lead happy and joyfull life.
